Is fear holding you back?

Three types of fear help us stay healthy, stay safe or hold us back. The most paralyzing fear is "irrational fear". It stems from your inner critic or maybe a few friends and colleagues who vocally oppose your new idea, project or creative solution.

Have you ever shared your new career idea or innovative idea at work and gotten the biggest push-back from those you you thought you be your biggest supporters? Those friends and colleagues want you to stay in your role for their sake, not for yours.

  1. What are you most afraid of at work or in your business? Are you ready to be done with it?
  2. What's one way you can experiment to overcome this fear? Start small and ask someone to help you test these ideas.
